3. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

4. Our 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return policy for unopened products:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be in resalable condition

5. Conditions for Returns

5.1 Eligible Returns

Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Return requested within the applicable return period
  • Product is in its original, sealed packaging
  • Product has not been opened or tampered with
  • All original labels and tags are intact

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following cannot be returned:

  • Return shipping instructions

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship to the provided address. Include the return authorization number on the package.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

7. Refunds

7.1 Refund Amount

Upon acceptance of your return, you will receive:

  • Full refund of the product price
  • Standard delivery costs (if withdrawing within 14 days)

Additional shipping costs (e.g., express delivery) beyond standard delivery are not refundable.

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

7.3 Refund Timeline

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

8. Return Shipping Costs

8.1 Statutory Withdrawal (Within 14 Days)

For withdrawals under your statutory rights, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:

  • We have agreed to bear the cost
  • The product is defective or not as described

8.2 Extended Returns (15-30 Days)

For returns under our extended 30-day policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a product is defective or not as described, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

9. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Keep all original packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
